Boil a cup of water, add one pinch Cinnamon powder, add 1/2 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon Raw Apple cider vinegar and finally one tablespoon of raw honey. Boil it for 5 min. ACV tea is ready. Bring it to lukewarm and then consume it on empty stomach.


  • Never drink apple cider vinegar straight as it can burn your esophagus.
  • It is possible to have an allergic reaction to Apple Cider Vinegar, so first check if its allergic to you than stop using it.
  • To avoid the risk of side effects or allergic reactions, start with the smaller amount of ACV (even 1/2 teaspoon may be of benefit) and gradually increase the quantity.
